Тренинг DEKEMA в Стамбуле

Сотрудники нашей компании (Ольга Светликина, Сергей Дробышевский, Никита Бова) прошли специализированное обучение по работе с печами Dekema у официальных представителей бренда.

Обучение состоялось на базе компании Vizyodentall и стало важным этапом в повышении нашей профессиональной экспертизы.

Программу проводили ведущие специалисты Dekema:
— Senior Sales Manager Nikola Cemerikic
— Senior Service Engineer Bernhard Pauli

В рамках обучения были подробно рассмотрены технические возможности оборудования, особенности эксплуатации и настройки печей, а также проведены практические занятия с детальным разбором рабочих процессов.

Отдельное внимание уделили тонкостям сервисного обслуживания и оптимизации параметров работы оборудования.

Кроме того, совместно с представителями Vizyodentall и Dekema наши сотрудники посетили крупнейшую современную зуботехническую лабораторию Стамбула, в которой работают около 100 специалистов.

Лаборатория ежедневно использует печи Dekema в своей практике, что позволило ознакомиться с реальными кейсами применения оборудования в условиях интенсивного производства.

Полученные знания и практический опыт позволят нам обеспечивать ещё более высокий уровень технической поддержки и экспертного сопровождения наших клиентов.

Employees of our company — Olga Svetlikina, Sergey Drobyshevsky, and Nikita Bova — completed specialized training on working with Dekema furnaces with the brand’s official representatives.

The training took place at the facilities of Vizyodentall and became an important step in strengthening our professional expertise.

As part of the training, the technical capabilities of the equipment, as well as the specifics of operation and furnace setup, were thoroughly reviewed. The program also included practical sessions with a detailed analysis of workflows.

Special attention was given to the nuances of service maintenance and optimization of equipment operating parameters.

In addition, together with representatives of Vizyodentall and Dekema, our employees visited one of the largest modern dental laboratories in Istanbul, employing around 100 specialists.

The laboratory uses Dekema furnaces in its daily operations, which allowed us to observe real-world cases of equipment application in a high-volume production environment.

The knowledge and hands-on experience gained will enable us to provide an even higher level of technical support and expert guidance to our clients.
